What's this tapping thing all about?

Tapping, aka, EFT, is a powerful holistic healing technique that's been proven to effectively resolve a range of emotional and physical imbalances. These can include managing stress, anxiety, phobias, emotional disorders, chronic pain, addictions and limiting belief systems. 

Tapping therapy is based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology. Tapping with your fingertips on specific meridian endpoints of the body, while directing your focus on negative emotions or physical sensations, helps to calm the nervous system, rewire the brain to respond in healthier ways, and restore the body’s balance of energy.

 

Tapping on this energy system gets it stimulated, and when verbally or mentally addressing the root causes of distress, the areas of blocked energy are able to release and flow naturally.

How does tapping actually work?

The basic technique requires you to focus on the negative emotion at hand: a fear or anxiety, a bad memory, an unresolved problem, or anything that’s bothering you. While maintaining a mental focus on this issue, we use the fingertips to tap 5-7 times each on 9 of the body’s meridian points. We then go in and tap in the new, more positive, healthier beliefs.

It's recommended to do at least one tapping sequence each day. Do what feels right for you. Maybe you want to address the same theme every day for a week or month, or maybe you want to try something new each day. Each video is individually priced or you can access them ALL for a monthly fee.
